Will Memories Around Us attach a photo if I upload it?

Absolutely. Memories Around Us will download an attached photo, crop, size, print, and attach the photo to the final product.  There is a additional service fee of $10, however this has become a more popular option as the recipient can immediately hang the final product on their wall without the need to locate, crop, size, print, and attach the photo themselves.

When will I get the final product?

If the frame ordered is in stock, Memories Around Us will ship the product within three days.  If the frame ordered is not in stock, Memories Around Us will ship the product in 14 days or less.  Either way, an e-mail notification will be sent so that you know what to expect.

What do I need to provide?

Memories Around Us needs a completed questionnaire in order to create a poetic memory.  Please note that one page questionnaires can easily be printed to make it easy for you to gather answers to questions. Once all essential information has been gathered, please return to the web site and click on “Questionnaire”. This will allow you to enter answers to the questions and submit electronically.  Memories Around Us also needs an uploaded photo (step 4) before you proceed to place your order in step 5. 

How do I pay for the final product?

Once all essential information has been gathered and submitted electronically, you will be presented with an order page to finalize frame and matte selections and complete the order through PayPal.  Note:  Should you choose to pay with a check, please mail the check to Memories Around Us at 1205 Main Street, Ferdinand, IN 47532.

Is PayPal a security risk?

No.  PayPal is the preferred payment method for most buyers and sellers. PayPal allows payments to be made quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. Payments are traceable using your PayPal account. Payments are convenient and immediate and are deposited directly into the seller's account. You can transfer money directly from your bank account. Or if you choose to use a credit card, sellers won't see your card number because it’s safely encrypted through PayPal's server to help minimize any risk of unauthorized use. On eligible transactions you’re covered by PayPal Buyer Protection for up to the full purchase price of your item, plus original shipping charges.
